Women Go Beyond

Their industry-recognized Women Go Beyond program focuses on elevating female employees with supplemental education, ensuring a safe working environment, and empowering them with long-term growth and leadership opportunities.

The women and men crafting your Icon are provided doorstep transportation when they work evenings, take exercise breaks, enjoy complimentary tea and snacks, and work 8 hour days.

Employees can take classes in entrepreneurial development, English, and Information Technology, and have the opportunity to grow within the company.

Products Made Better

Products Made Better

Our factory’s Products Made Better program recycles fabric scraps into bricks (yes, really). They have produced over 70,000 bricks that are then used to build new facilities.

The factory aims to be zero waste by 2025, and we’re proud to support them in our collective sustainable mission.
